Ventresca Law is a small law firm with offices in Toronto and in Angus, Ontario, a community in Simcoe County. It handles real estate, civil litigation, and wills and estates work. The firm traces its roots to two long-standing legal practices, one in the Downsview area of Toronto and one in Angus, that Tracy Ventresca took over in the early 1990s. Tracy Ventresca has kept both practices running for two to three decades, continuing to serve clients in both communities under the Ventresca Law name. The firm describes itself as small by design, structured so each file gets individual attention rather than being handled by a large team.
The Angus office became official on May 2, 2022, when Ventresca Law took over the former office of Gordon R. MacKenzie, who had served the local area for more than 20 years. Tracy Ventresca lives in neighbouring New Lowell and has called Angus a second professional home. The firm describes its fees as reasonable, in keeping with its small-firm model, and offers a paid initial consultation with Tracy Ventresca for clients starting a real estate, litigation, or wills and estates matter.

By appointmentThe Toronto office is on Wilson Avenue in Downsview, a North York neighbourhood that takes its name from a farm settled in 1842 near Keele Street and Rustic Road. Downsview grew up around a de Havilland Canada aircraft plant that opened in 1929 and built military and civilian aircraft there for decades. Today the area mixes post-war residential streets with Downsview Park, a large public green space built on the former air base lands, so a firm doing residential and commercial real estate work sits in a neighbourhood shaped as much by its housing stock as by that industrial history.
The Angus office sits in Essa Township, in Simcoe County, a community built up largely around nearby Canadian Forces Base Borden. Angus is Essa's largest community and its main commercial hub, and the township still carries agricultural roots, particularly potato farming, alongside its military-linked population. It's the kind of setting where real estate and wills and estates work often follows family land and long-time residents rather than a fast-turnover urban market.
