Vassos Law LLP is a Toronto business law firm founded in 1997. The firm was rebranded to its current name on January 1, 2018, as its practice grew past its original focus. Liquor licensing remains central to the firm's work, and team members bring decades of combined experience in the liquor sector, including two counsel who previously held senior roles inside the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the former Liquor Licence Board of Ontario. In 2018 the firm added a dedicated cannabis retail licensing division, building on earlier work assisting cannabis applicants in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Founder Adam M. Vassos was called to the Ontario bar in 1989 and has focused since on corporate, commercial, and liquor licensing matters, including submissions to the province on Liquor Licence Act reforms. Dion Vassos, a partner called to the bar in 2017, is a member of Toronto's Night-Time Economy Project. Beyond liquor and cannabis work, the firm handles corporate and commercial matters, real estate, business immigration, and civil litigation, for clients that have included national and multinational restaurant and hotel chains, breweries, grocery retailers, sports venues, and Canadian universities.
