It's Valli Law's service for growing companies that need senior in-house-style legal support, for things like strategic advice, risk management, compliance, and contract oversight, but aren't ready to hire a full-time general counsel. Clients get that support on a part-time basis for one predictable monthly cost.

Does Valli Law only handle business matters, or family matters too?

Both. Alongside its corporate and transactional work, the firm has a Private Clients practice covering estate and family matters, built on the idea that a client's business and personal lives are often connected.

Can Valli Law help with immigration matters?

Yes. The firm's immigration practice covers both businesses bringing in talent and individuals and families applying to settle in Canada.

Does Valli Law go to court, or just negotiate?

Both, depending on the matter. The firm's Disputes and Investigations practice describes resolving disputes through negotiation where possible, and through trial when that's necessary.
