TAP Law, formally Tanya A. Pagliaroli Professional Corporation, is a small litigation firm on Queen Street West in downtown Toronto. Tanya A. Pagliaroli founded the firm in 2017, after nine years in commercial litigation and professional liability at McCarthy Tetrault. The firm handles civil litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, professional liability and regulation, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution, acting for individuals and businesses in disputes that range from contract and shareholder disagreements to workplace claims.

The team is small by design: a partner, three associates, and a law clerk who also manages the office. One associate previously served as a judicial law clerk to Ontario Superior Court judges, including at the Divisional Court and Commercial List, and worked as director of legal research at a firm focused on securities litigation before joining TAP Law. Another built a background in insurance defence at a full service Toronto firm, and also worked as a student caseworker at a community legal clinic, before moving into commercial and employment litigation. The newest associate is completing articles at the firm after summering there, pairing a law degree with an undergraduate business degree.
