Spiegel Law, formally Robert N. Spiegel Law Professional Corporation, is a Toronto securities and business law firm founded by Robert Spiegel. Before starting the firm, Spiegel spent 19 years as a partner in a small securities practice and seven years as in-house counsel at the Toronto Stock Exchange, working in its market policy and listings divisions. Spiegel holds a BCL and LLB from McGill University, was a Senior Editor of the McGill Law Journal, and was called to the Quebec bar in 1988 and the Ontario bar in 1992.
