Simes Law is an employment and labour law firm with offices in Toronto, Barrie, and Hamilton, Ontario. Founder Nicole Simes graduated from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, took part in the school's International Human Rights Program, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. Nicole Simes began as a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, then spent over a decade at MacLeod Law Firm, an employment law boutique, before founding Simes Law. The firm has since grown to a small team of lawyers who represent both employers and employees across Ontario.

The firm's practice covers the employment relationship from hiring through termination: employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, compensation and equity plans, non-compete and non-solicit agreements, workplace policies, performance management, health and safety, harassment and discrimination, and litigation before Ontario courts and tribunals. The Globe and Mail and Statista have named Simes Law one of Canada's Best Law Firms in Employment and Labour Law for two years running, in 2025 and 2026, and one associate at the firm has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for labour and employment law.
