Zinati Kay Barristers & Solicitors is a Toronto real estate law firm headquartered in Scarborough, with a second, appointment only signing office in the CityPlace neighbourhood near Union Station. It's led by founding lawyer John Zinati, who holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. The current team also includes lawyers Jonathan Mak and Cathy Harpaul, both of whom hold a Juris Doctor and joined the firm in 2019.

The firm describes over 25 years of real estate practice and says it has closed more than 25,000 transactions without a title claim. It quotes clients a fixed closing cost rather than billing by the hour, and it uses professional title searchers rather than leaving title examination to clerical staff.
