Telesh Law Firm Professional Corp is a corporate law and civil litigation firm with an office in Scarborough and a second office in Mississauga, serving businesses and individuals across the Greater Toronto Area. Founder Caleesis Telesh set up the practice after eight years of experience at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Gardiner Roberts LLP, and RBC Wealth Management, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. On the corporate side, the firm handles incorporation, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, business purchases and sales, and corporate compliance. On the litigation side, it takes on contract disputes, debt recovery, small claims, property disputes, and employment and negligence claims.

The firm offers consultations in eight languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi/Persian, Punjabi, Spanish, and Tamil. The founder's path into law started early, volunteering as a teenager with the Afghan Women's Organization to help newcomer women unfamiliar with the legal system understand their rights, an experience that carried into a practice built on plain explanations and staying reachable while a file is open. The firm's memberships include the Canadian Bar Association, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Durham Region Law Association.
