Imtiaz Legal Professional Corporation is a Scarborough law firm founded by Arif Imtiaz, who has worked in the legal field for more than a decade. Before setting up practice in Ontario, Imtiaz worked as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, advising international corporations including Microsoft, Facebook, Honda, PepsiCo, and Research In Motion on Bangladeshi legal matters and working alongside firms such as Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, and Mayer Brown. Imtiaz holds a Master of Laws from Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne, a Bachelor of Law from the University of London, and a Master's degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

After moving to Ontario, Imtiaz set up an independent practice with the aim of serving the local community and small businesses. The firm now handles real estate, wills and estates, immigration, notarial services, and family law from its Scarborough office. Imtiaz is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn in the UK, the Bangladesh Bar Council, the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Dhaka Bar Association, and the Bangladeshi Canadian Lawyers Association.
