Saini Law Firm is a Toronto sole practice run by Rajinder S. Saini, a barrister, solicitor, and notary public working out of an office on Rexdale Boulevard near Highway 427. Saini practices real estate law (commercial, residential, and financing or lending), corporate and commercial law, Canadian immigration, and wills and estates, and also advises healthcare, dental, and optometry practices on the purchase and sale of licensed facilities. The real estate practice covers construction, zoning, and land use questions as well as closings, and the corporate side handles business purchases and sales, lease negotiation, and the day to day contract and financing work that small and mid sized companies need.

Saini's legal career began outside Canada. Saini studied law at Punjab University in Chandigarh, India, and received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1990, then practiced law in India before immigrating to Canada and qualifying to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario. Saini was called to the bar in Ontario in 2002 and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. The firm also does notary public work, including affidavits, declarations, and powers of attorney, alongside its main caseload.
