About Saini Law

Saini Law is a criminal defence firm based in Brampton, founded by Harpreet Saini, who has served clients from across the Greater Toronto Area since 2004. The Brampton office is on County Court Boulevard. Saini Law's Brampton-area matters are heard at the A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse, which houses the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice branches for Peel Region. The firm also keeps a downtown Toronto address in the Eaton Centre office tower at 1 Dundas Street West, for meeting clients from elsewhere in the GTA.

The practice covers the range of criminal charges, from assault and weapons offences to driving offences, sexual offences, property crime and organized crime, with matters handled at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Saini is a member of the Criminal Lawyers' Association. Alongside criminal defence, the firm also takes on some immigration work, including study permit, work permit and residency applications.
