Sack (Q.C.) and Bogle Law is a small firm in downtown Toronto, founded in 2005 by Marshall Sack, Q.C., and Jason Bogle. The firm practices criminal law, civil litigation, immigration law and corporate law from an office on Berkeley Street in the city's Corktown area. Jason Bogle was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005, the year the firm opened, after earning a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and a bachelor's degree in sociology and law from Carleton University in 2000.

Marshall Sack held the Queen's Counsel designation and practiced with the firm until passing away in October 2011. Jason Bogle has run the firm since. In 2022, Bogle represented the family of Regis Korchinski-Paquet in a civil lawsuit against the City of Toronto, several police officers and other parties following Korchinski-Paquet's death in 2020, one example of the firm's civil litigation work. The firm's site also lists a bitcoin transfer facilitation service alongside its criminal, civil, immigration and corporate law practice, an unusual addition for a firm this size.
