Roti Law is an insurance defence and tort liability firm. It represents insured and self-insured clients who are defending occupier's liability, auto tort, product liability, and similar claims, rather than acting for plaintiffs bringing them.

What kinds of claims does Roti Law defend?

The firm handles occupier's liability, automobile tort, commercial general liability, municipal liability, property damage, product liability, and professional liability matters, including claims involving assaults and tavern liability.

Does Roti Law only handle litigation, or does it do mediation too?

Both. Alongside litigation, Roti Law offers mediation services for personal injury, occupier's liability, auto claims, first party loss, and professional negligence disputes, on the view that a trial isn't always the most effective way to resolve a case.

Will my file go to trial?

It depends on the case. Bruno Roti has experience in jury trials, judge alone trials, and tribunal hearings across Ontario, but the firm also works to resolve disputes through mediation and negotiation where that serves the client better.

No. The firm is based in Toronto but represents insured and self-insured clients and appears before courts and tribunals throughout Ontario.
