Rapley & Company is a small litigation and mediation firm based in Toronto's Beach neighbourhood, with a second office in Mono, Ontario. The firm is led by Leanne Rapley, who was called to the Ontario bar in 1995 and to the British Columbia bar in 2018. Rapley holds law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, earned in 1993, and completed two executive education courses through Harvard's Program on Negotiation. Rapley is a Construction Contract Administrator, a mediator, and a member of the ADR Institutes of Ontario and British Columbia.

The firm handles general litigation and counsel work across Canada's common law provinces, with clients that include elevator companies, insurers, multinational corporations, construction parties, small businesses, building owners and operators, employers and employees, and telecom, tech, and transportation companies. Rapley & Company also drafts wills, powers of attorney, and guardianship applications, and advises on estate and end of life planning. Mediations run half or full day out of the Beach office, at the Toronto Hunt Club, or online. The firm's site describes plans to extend its services into Mono, Caledon, Orangeville, and the rest of Dufferin County from its Mono office.
