About Picov & Kleinberg Law

Picov & Kleinberg Law is a small, full-service firm on Eglinton Avenue West in midtown Toronto. It has operated under the Picov and Kleinberg name since 1978, and its two partners, Kenneth Picov and Bernard Kleinberg, have each practised law for decades. The firm handles real estate transactions, including condominium and cottage purchases and sales, business and corporate law, and wills, estates, and powers of attorney for clients across Toronto, the GTA, and other parts of Ontario. It's also a registered Notary Public and can complete document notarization and commissioning of oath services.

Kenneth Picov holds a degree in sociology and urban studies along with a law degree and focuses on real estate and wills and estates matters. Picov has lectured to real estate industry professionals and served on the board of directors of the Landlord Self-Help Group and on the board of Safehaven, an organization that supports children with multiple disabilities. Bernard Kleinberg holds degrees in political science and law and practises real estate and business law, and has sat on community boards, including a term as a synagogue president. The firm describes itself as small enough to invest time in understanding each client's situation, and it serves clients in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
