Orr later founded Kim Orr, now known as Kim Spencer McPhee, a class action firm acting mainly for plaintiffs, and has since taken on defence work for large corporations in competition and securities class actions.
Kyle Taylor, the firm's managing partner, worked as a lawyer in the New York office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and clerked for Judge Joseph L. Tauro before entering private practice.
