Tenenbaum & Solomon is a small law firm based in North York, Ontario. It traces to 2009, when it continued the practice of Alan Luftspring following that lawyer's retirement, and in January 2019 it took on the practice of Jack Zwicker, who kept serving as a Deputy Judge and mediator alongside the firm. The firm is led by partners Sheldon Tenenbaum and Samantha Solomon, with Andrew Berk joining as counsel in 2020. Tenenbaum, born in Toronto in 1962, earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 1984 and a law degree from Queen's University in 1987, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1989. Solomon, born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1973, earned an LL.B. from the University of Western Australia in 1999 and an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall in 2008, worked at Fraser Milner Casgrain in Calgary, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2001 and the Ontario bar in 2004.

The practice covers real estate, family law, corporate and commercial matters, franchising, wills and estates, civil litigation, and criminal defence for clients with mental health issues, and it accepts Legal Aid Ontario clients in family law and criminal mental health matters. The firm describes representing mental health clients before the criminal courts as an honour and a privilege, work that often involves bail hearings and release planning on short timelines. It is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association, and its office keeps staff who speak Mandarin, Arabic, and Cantonese to help clients who need language assistance.
