Leo Adler Law is a small criminal, quasi-criminal, and regulatory defence firm based in Toronto, with its office on Yonge Street in North York. Leo Adler, the firm's founder, was called to the Ontario bar in 1975 after earning a B.A. from McGill University in 1970 and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1973. The firm handles Canadian criminal charges ranging from impaired driving and drug or gun offences to sexual assault, domestic assault, and murder or manslaughter, along with a practice built around international and regulatory matters: extradition, transfer of Canadians serving sentences abroad, international drug and gun cases, corporate crime, and professional misconduct hearings for licensed professionals. It does not handle extraditions between U.S. states.

Adler is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching International Criminal Law, and received the school's 2016 Adjunct Faculty Distinguished Service Award. Adler was a founding member of the International Criminal Bar and served on the federal Cross-Cultural Roundtable on Security from 2005 to 2015. Kevin Gray, who holds a law degree from Osgoode and an LLM from Columbia Law School along with a PhD from Laval University, works alongside Adler as academic counsel focused on extradition and transnational criminal law. Christine J. Rose, a licensed paralegal who moved into an associate role at the firm, has a stated interest in cases involving clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
