Fusion Law Professional Corporation is a small immigration and litigation firm with its office in North York, at 1280 Finch Avenue West. It's led by founder and managing lawyer David Ibeawuchi, a member of the Law Society of Ontario. The firm's main focus is immigration and refugee law, including temporary and permanent residence applications, refugee protection and appeal matters, and judicial review of negative decisions at the Federal Court. It also takes on civil litigation and family law matters, and offers notary public and commissioner of oaths services.

Ibeawuchi's legal career started in Nigeria, where a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honours led to a call to the Nigerian bar in 2014. Early practice as a barrister and solicitor in Abuja covered litigation before the courts of first instance and on appeal, including election petition cases; in one matter, Ibeawuchi acted as lead counsel in a case that led to the disqualification and nullification of a lawmaker's election. That litigation background carried over into the Toronto practice, which now centers on immigration and refugee law while keeping a foothold in civil litigation.
