Online calculators let clients pay only for what their own agreement calls for.
Once the questionnaire is back, a family lawyer reviews it and confirms the flat-rate fee within 24 hours. The first draft comes by email, and clients reply with a list of the changes they'd like. When the final version is approved, the team sets a signing date: the parties sign electronically through DocuSign during a Google Meet video call, and the firm strongly recommends that each of them gets independent legal advice on the agreement.
