Can NLCI prepare a simple will for me?

Yes. A simple will is priced at $495 plus HST and includes a power of attorney for personal care and one for property at no extra charge. A spousal or mirror will set for a couple is $895 plus HST, and pricing for a more complex estate, such as one involving a blended family or a trust, is quoted case by case.

Does NLCI offer notary services, and what do they cost?

NLCI handles certified copies, commissioner of oaths work, common law declarations, and sponsorship letters. The firm's posted pricing starts at $35 for a first notarization and $10 for each additional document in the same visit, with document drafting starting at $75. A mobile notary is also available to come to a client's home or office.
