NB Law Firm is a small Toronto practice founded in 2019 by Natalia Bialkowska, focused on Canadian immigration, personal injury, and notary public and commissioner of oaths work. Bialkowska grew up in Torun, Poland and moved to the United States at 16, later earning a B.A. from Brandeis University, a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and an LL.M. in trial advocacy from Southwestern Law School. Bialkowska is licensed to practice law in Ontario as well as California, Michigan, and the District of Columbia, with admissions to the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Before founding the firm, Bialkowska practiced personal injury and workers' compensation law in Los Angeles starting in 2014, and was named a Southern California Rising Star in 2019. That background carries into the Toronto practice's personal injury work, which handles vehicle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and defective product claims on a contingency basis, so clients don't pay any costs until a case is resolved. The immigration side covers temporary and permanent residence applications including Express Entry, citizenship, and business immigration for entrepreneurs and companies. The firm operates in English, Polish, Spanish, and German.
