It grew out of Nava Law Professional Corporation, a Toronto real estate and small business practice that Managing Partner Kubes Navaratnam ran from 2015 to 2017 before it became Nava Wilson. Senior Counsel Malliha Wilson, the firm's namesake, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and spent more than 30 years as Senior Appellate Litigation Counsel for the government of Ontario, including more than 8 years as Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Civil.
