About MMA Law

MMA Law is a small Ontario firm with two lawyers, working from offices in Richmond Hill and Toronto. Mia Morvai founded the practice as its principal after spending over 12 years working closely with senior partners at other law firms, including a Bay Street firm and a regional firm once named one of the top ten in Ontario. Its practice centers on residential and commercial real estate, corporate and business transactions, and wills and estates.

The firm works on a flat fee model for much of its work, publishing fixed prices for home purchases and sales, business incorporations, and simple wills rather than billing by the hour. It serves clients across Ontario through remote video consultations and in-home signing, alongside in-person appointments at its Richmond Hill and Toronto offices. Associate Fancy Ren joined MMA Law as an articling student in September 2024, was called to the bar in June 2025, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

The neighbourhood

MMA Law's main office is on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, a York Region town where the firm handles closings for individual buyers alongside larger commercial and development files for landlords and construction companies. The Toronto office is on Coxwell Avenue in the city's east end.

Both offices operate by appointment only, since MMA Law handles most closings and signings by remote video call or in-home visit rather than walk-in traffic. That model lets the firm serve clients across Ontario without adding satellite locations beyond its Richmond Hill and Toronto addresses.
