Mayfair Law Group is a small Toronto firm, with three lawyers, that focuses on two areas: personal injury law and real estate law. Its office is at 1110 Finch Avenue West in Toronto, and the firm's own site lists Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and Bradford among the areas it serves. On the personal injury side, the firm takes on motor vehicle accident claims, traumatic brain injury and other catastrophic injury cases, slip and fall matters, dog bite claims, and long term disability claims. Its real estate work covers residential closings, offers and agreements of purchase and sale, private mortgages, and independent legal advice.

The firm was founded by Yianniko Kozoronis, who began clerking in personal injury law in 2010, was called to the Ontario bar in 2014, and opened Mayfair Law Group in January 2018. According to the firm's own account of its founding, the decision came from wanting more control over the type of work taken on and which clients to represent, after time at larger practices that Kozoronis felt lacked a personal touch with clients. Mayfair Law Group describes its mission as helping people who have suffered physical or psychological injury through someone else's negligence, and says it measures success by whether a client's medical and financial needs are met.
