Marani Law LLP is a small, family run law firm based in downtown Toronto, practising real estate, immigration, and private lending law. Two co-founding managing partners lead the firm. One heads the real estate and private lending practice and has developed a focus on private investor clients who fund private mortgages in the Greater Toronto Area. The other leads the business immigration practice, working with employers on relocating staff to Canada, from work permits and compliance reviews through to permanent residence.

Private lending is a niche part of the practice: the firm represents both lenders and borrowers, closing transactions that range from tens of thousands of dollars up to five million dollars and beyond, and it has closed urgent private mortgage deals in as little as five hours. On the immigration side, the team includes a lawyer who is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist with close to 30 years of experience across three countries, and another who is licensed to practice in both Ontario and New York. The firm has been named Boutique Law Firm of the Year Canada and has won an International Advisory Experts award.
