LM Law Group is a Toronto immigration law firm that practices under the legal name Long Mangalji LLP. The firm's name comes from two of its partners, Elizabeth Long and Aadil Mangalji, and its office sits on Church Street in the city's downtown core. The team works only in Canadian immigration and refugee law, handling employer sponsorship, study permits, permanent residence, worker programs, visitor visas, family sponsorship, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and refugee claims.

In 2018 Long testified before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration, arguing that workers already employed in Canada for at least a year with a permanent job offer should be able to gain residency without English exams or skills classification. The firm says on its website that "every immigrant story is unique, and consequently, every path to immigration must be as well," and its team works with clients in English, French, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Hindi and Farsi. LM Law Group is also the immigration law partner of AFC Toronto and Halifax Tides, clubs in the Northern Super League, the highest level of women's professional soccer in Canada.
