Clivio Law Professional Corporation is a small immigration, refugee, and citizenship law firm in midtown Toronto, at 920 Yonge Street. Amedeo Clivio founded the firm in 2016, working alone at first before building a small team of lawyers and staff. Clivio earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2015. The firm now includes barristers Meera Budovitch and Alim Jiwa, along with support staff, and handles permanent residence applications, family sponsorship, refugee claims and hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board, immigration appeals and judicial review at the Federal Court, and Canadian citizenship applications. It also offers notary services.

Staff at the firm speak English, French, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and Italian, and can arrange an interpreter for other languages on request. Clivio is fluent in Italian, French, and Spanish, with conversational German and Turkish. Budovitch, called to the bar in 2012 after a JD from Osgoode Hall, has practiced exclusively in immigration and refugee law since then and appears before visa offices, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court. Jiwa articled at the firm before being called to the bar in 2021 and focuses on refugee hearings and spousal sponsorship files.
