How much will it cost me to hire Lindzon Legal after an injury?

The firm works on a contingency basis, so clients are not asked for money upfront to start a case. Lindzon Legal is only paid once it recovers money for the client, and the fee is capped at one third of the net settlement plus HST and disbursements.

How long does a personal injury claim usually take to settle?

It depends on how complicated the case is and how serious the injuries are.
