Joseph Sidiropoulos & Associates is a Toronto personal injury firm that practices exclusively in motor vehicle, motorcycle, pedestrian, and bicycle accident litigation, including cases involving traumatic and acquired brain injury. The firm is based in the Commodore Building at 317 Adelaide St. W., a ten storey office building in Toronto's Fashion District. It works on a contingency fee basis and does not charge clients unless it wins their case, an arrangement the firm says is meant to keep legal costs from adding to the financial strain an accident can already cause a family.

The firm is led by senior partner Joseph Sidiropoulos, who was born and raised in Toronto. Sidiropoulos holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master's degree in International Political Economy focused on American foreign policy, and a double Honours Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Political Science from York University, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. Before concentrating on personal injury law, Sidiropoulos practiced corporate commercial litigation for several years. Outside the practice, Sidiropoulos's interests include archeology, history, economics, travel, and collecting rare books, along with hiking, cycling, and track and field.
