Founding partner Esther Lenkinski was called to the Ontario bar in 1975 and has practised family law and estates litigation exclusively for more than 40 years. Records of the firm's earlier website show it operating from Yorkville since at least 2012, first as Lenkinski Family Law & Mediation Professional Corporation and later as Lenkinski Law, before it became today's Lenkinski, Hooper & Carr LLP alongside partners Alexandra Carr and Chelsea Hooper.

The firm's lawyers bring more than 65 years of combined family law experience and handle divorce, custody and parenting disputes, support claims, and property division, along with domestic contracts such as separation agreements, marriage contracts, and donor or surrogacy agreements.
