A George Soros Foundation scholarship led to a Master of Laws at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, after which Denchik was hired to represent American companies, including Coca-Cola Amatil, and worked on International Monetary Fund privatization projects in Western Europe. Denchik immigrated to Canada in 2000, completed the National Committee on Accreditation process, and was called to the Ontario bar five years later. The office serves clients in Ukrainian, English and Russian directly, works with interpreters in Farsi and Mandarin or Cantonese, and has built a client base spanning Russian, Slovenian, Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian, Serbian, Iranian and Chinese communities.
