Landlord Litigation is a Toronto based team of commercial litigation lawyers who practice under Cambridge LLP and focus specifically on representing landlords in disputes with tenants. The group handles evictions for non payment of rent and lease default, along with the negotiation, mediation, and commercial arbitration that often go with those disputes. Its office is on the fourth floor of 333 Adelaide Street West, the same building where Cambridge LLP keeps its Toronto office.

The practice is directed by Chris MacLeod and Ruzbeh Hosseini, both partners at Cambridge LLP. MacLeod has represented commercial landlords in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area since 2002, has appeared before every level of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal, and served as co-counsel for an intervenor at the Supreme Court of Canada in Canada (Prime Minister) v. Khadr, 2010 SCC 3. Hosseini has completed Canada's certification training for qualified arbitrators and is regularly involved in mediation and both domestic and international arbitration. Clients can choose an hourly-rate retainer with fee estimates or a block fee arrangement, and the firm says it can turn around a preliminary action plan within three hours of a submission at no charge.
