Lambert Boenders is a solo employment and human rights law practice on Queen Street West in downtown Toronto. Its founder, Lambert Boenders, earned a B.A. (Hons) from Victoria College at the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994, then entered the practice of employment and human rights law in 2009 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010.
Before turning to law, Boenders spent more than twenty five years in the business world, moving through progressively senior roles in Winnipeg, Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto and eventually serving as Vice-President of Operations at an international insurance company with responsibility for retail, travel, and insurance operations. That corporate background now shapes an approach built around practical, cost-effective advice for both employees and small and medium-sized employers, with an understanding of how decisions actually get made inside a company. Boenders is fluent in English, French, and Dutch and conversant in Spanish and German, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada.
