About Kenet Family Law Professional Corporation

Kenet Family Law Professional Corporation is a small family law firm with an office at 77 Bloor Street, Suite 1703, in downtown Toronto. The firm handles the legal issues that come up when a relationship ends, including parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division (equalization), and it also negotiates marriage contracts. Annie Kenet has practised exclusively in family law for more than 15 years and works across negotiation, mediation, litigation, and collaborative practice rather than a single fixed approach to every file. Kenet currently serves as Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law Section and has previously served in various capacities, including as Chair, of the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Section, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2020.

Eric Sadvari joined the firm on January 11, 2024, along with longtime assistant Elsabe Havenga. Sadvari has practised exclusively in family law since being called to the bar and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Sadvari is a Past Chair of both the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations' Family Law Section and teaches Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
