JHW Business Law is a small business law firm in Toronto, founded in 2019 by Judith Hong Wilkin. The firm handles corporate and commercial law, securities and capital markets work, real estate transactions, and wills, estates and trusts, and it works in both English and Mandarin. A good part of its practice involves Chinese enterprises investing in or listing on Canadian markets, from private placements and going public transactions to straightforward business purchases and sales.

Wilkin spent two decades on Bay Street before opening the firm, articling and working as an associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 1998 to 2002, then moving to Fogler, Rubinoff LLP as an associate and later partner from 2002 to 2019, apart from a stretch at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Hong Kong office in early 2006. Wilkin holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, a master of law from York University, an arts degree from Lakehead University, and an education degree from Southwest University in Chongqing, China. The firm stays small: Wilkin works alongside two law clerks, Janet Zhang and Joan Jiang, who handle corporate and real estate files.
