Jeffrey Raphael Professional Corporation, doing business as Jeffrey Raphael PC, is a Toronto area firm run by Jeffrey Raphael, a lawyer and notary public who graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995. Raphael previously practiced with the late Stan Raphael, Q.C. and the late Bert Raphael, Q.C., described on the firm's site as Raphael's father and uncle. Before law school, Raphael played on the varsity basketball team at York University and represented Canada at the Maccabi Games on several occasions, and has continued to coach youth teams at a variety of levels since.

The firm's main focus is sports law: advising national, provincial and local sports organizations on discipline, conduct and ethics matters, and acting as a discipline panel member, independent third party, case manager or mediator when a dispute calls for someone from outside the organization. Alongside that work, the firm handles personal injury claims, including accident benefits and disability claims that involve negotiating with insurers on a client's behalf, and offers general mediation services in which Raphael acts as a neutral facilitator rather than an advocate for either side. The firm keeps its caseload deliberately small and offers complimentary initial consultations, in person or virtually.
