Jaffe & Peritz LLP is a small law firm in downtown Toronto that practices bankruptcy and insolvency law, corporate commercial law, and commercial litigation. The firm carries the names of its two lawyers, Brandon Jaffe and Elaine Peritz, and its site describes both as bringing over 25 years of experience to their respective practice areas.

Jaffe was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1985 and in Ontario in 1989, and joined Robins, Appleby and Taub in Toronto that same year. Jaffe holds a law degree from McGill University and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia, and has practiced bankruptcy and insolvency law since being called in Ontario, representing trustees in bankruptcy, receivers and managers, and high income debtors. Peritz was called to the Ontario bar in 1987 and holds degrees from Dalhousie University and the University of British Columbia. Peritz articled and practiced at the Calgary office of Bennett Jones LLP, was later an international partner at Baker & McKenzie, and today handles corporate commercial law and commercial litigation at Jaffe & Peritz, including franchise matters, shareholder agreements and disputes, buying and selling businesses, banking law, and director liability matters involving the Canada Revenue Agency.
