IEA Law is a small law firm in Toronto's North York area, run by Ikenna Aniekwe as managing solicitor and lead counsel. Aniekwe was called to the bar in Nigeria before being called to the bar in Ontario, and brings years of multijurisdictional experience cutting across the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and Canada. The path there started with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria, followed by an LLB with First Class honours from the University of the West of England in Bristol, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master of Laws in International Business and Human Rights Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

The firm takes on immigration and refugee matters (permanent residency, family sponsorships, and Express Entry applications), family law, criminal defence, and administrative law work before tribunals such as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Consent and Capacity Board, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. It also handles civil litigation, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
