Hackett Simpson Tripodi is a small, multi-service law firm in the Bloor-Yorkville area of downtown Toronto. The firm handles civil litigation, employment law, contract law, corporate and commercial law, construction law, real estate and leasing (with an emphasis on commercial and industrial leasing), condominium law, and wills and estates. The firm grew out of an earlier partnership, Hackett Simpson Thurston, before taking its current name.

Founding partner Bryan D. Hackett studied industrial engineering at the University of Toronto before training in law at Osgoode Hall and being called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. Hackett later practiced with the City of Toronto, where the work included the Toronto Economic Development Corporation and the Parking Authority of Toronto, before returning to private practice and eventually forming the firm. Partner Stefano G. Tripodi was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003 and joined as a partner the following year, building a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment and commercial disputes. Tripodi is also a certified mediator and arbitrator and completed mediation training through Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. The firm maintains affiliated offices in New York City, Rome, and Reggio Calabria, Italy, which extend its reach into international business matters.
