Graham Stephenson Van Vliet LLP is a small business law firm with an office in Etobicoke, in Toronto's west end. Three lawyers make up the partnership, and the practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, transaction support, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and regulatory and administrative matters. The firm previously operated as Graham Stephenson Kennedy LLP before taking its current name. Co-founder Sandra Stephenson retired from the firm effective January 1, 2021.

Partner Gary D. Graham has advised clients in the manufacturing, energy and broader public sectors for more than 25 years and served as president of Westinghouse Canada Inc. for five years in the 1990s. D. Jared Brown, who began an association with the firm in February 2022, is Lead Counsel at Brown Litigation in Toronto and served as a Bencher (Governor) of the Law Society of Ontario from 2019 to 2023, sitting on its Professional Development and Competence and Tribunal committees. Junior partner Curtis Van Vliet's law career began at the firm's predecessor practice, before returning to join Graham Stephenson Van Vliet as a partner working in commercial litigation and corporate and commercial law.
