About Graham Estate Law

Graham Estate Law is a small litigation firm in downtown Toronto that works only on estate, trust, and guardianship disputes. The two partners, A. Sean Graham and Christopher M.B. Graham, represent clients at every level of court in Ontario in matters that range from will challenges and dependant support claims to guardianship applications, trustee removal, and passing of accounts.

Sean Graham was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999 after earning a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and has practiced in estate, trust, and capacity litigation for more than sixteen years, acting for institutional and individual clients and serving as a mediator in estate, trust, and guardianship disputes. Christopher Graham was called to the Bar in 2002 after graduating from Queen's University Faculty of Law, started in corporate law, and has worked exclusively in estate, trust, and capacity litigation since 2007. The two partners co-authored Ontario Guardianship Law, a legal text on the property and personal care of adults, and Sean Graham speaks to lawyers, law students, and law clerks in continuing legal education settings.

The firm's office is in the Dundas-Edward Centre at 180 Dundas Street West in downtown Toronto. Law clerk and office manager Madonna Gutierrez, a 2013 graduate of the Law Clerk Studies program at Herzing College in Toronto, rounds out the small team.
