Farrell & Boyle LLP is a small law firm in downtown Toronto that practices employment law and family law from an office at 155 University Avenue. On the employment side, the firm represents both employers and employees, handling contracts, wrongful dismissal, severance negotiations, discrimination and human rights claims, and workplace disputes. Its family law work covers divorce and separation, custody and access, child and spousal support, domestic contracts, wills and powers of attorney, fertility law, and adoption.

The team includes three lawyers and a law clerk. Cindy A. Farrell earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa and a law degree from Queen's University, and practices litigation with a focus on employment law. Elissa C.M. Boyle also holds a law degree from Queen's University and an undergraduate degree from McMaster, plus a McMaster conflict resolution certificate, and practices family law. Sohaib Ishaque holds a law degree from the University of Buckingham and a master's degree from Harvard, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 after over a decade practicing corporate, commercial, and banking law abroad, with the practice since centred on employment law and commercial litigation. Law clerk Andrea Mackenzie has worked on litigation, employment, and family law files since earning a Humber College law clerk diploma in 2001, and later added a University of Toronto degree in social cultural anthropology and religious studies in 2010.
