Gosai Law is a civil litigation firm based in Etobicoke, with an office at 295 The West Mall serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. Founder Nital Gosai, who holds a B.A. Hons and an LL.B., has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, negligence, and Crown liability matters, and has appeared before every level of Ontario court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario. The firm's team of four lawyers handles personal injury, family law, real estate, employment law, and immigration, an area it added to its practice in 2025 to serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.

Gosai Law has been counsel of record in Johnson v. Ontario, an institutional liability case brought by an inmate class member for catastrophic injuries sustained while incarcerated, along with the related Reddock v. Canada (Attorney General) matter. The Supreme Court of Canada has referenced the firm's factums regarding institutional liability. In 2024, Corporate Vision named Gosai Law its Best Personal Injury Law Firm, GTA, in the eighth year of that publication's Canadian Business Awards. Nital Gosai also serves as a director on the board of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and was appointed to a one year term chairing the association's Diversity and Inclusion Caucus.
