Jafari Law is a Toronto immigration, business, and litigation firm founded in 2012 by Pantea Jafari, who serves as lead counsel. Jafari holds an honours BA in Individualized Studies with a focus on human rights and international law from York University and a law degree from the University of Ottawa with a specialization in international law. Before opening the firm, Jafari owned and operated a mid-sized corporation, drafted national child welfare policy for a foreign government, and interned at an international law firm in Madrid, Spain.

The firm works from a Toronto office in North York on Sheppard Avenue East and a second office in Bedford, Nova Scotia, and its team includes lawyers licensed with the Law Society of Ontario along with staff who can assist clients in Farsi. Jafari Law's three main practice areas are immigration and citizenship law, business and corporate law, and civil litigation, and the firm maintains separate pages describing its immigration services in Farsi, Turkish, and Spanish. In 2022, Jafari won a group litigation case for more than 100 Iranian applicants whose Self-Employed Class immigration applications had been refused, successfully arguing that the government had changed its assessment standard without notice to applicants after they applied.
