Downtown Family Law is the solo practice of Annie Zhuang, a family lawyer serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. The practice focuses on separation and divorce, plus cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, and it offers both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Consultations are available in English and Mandarin Chinese. The Toronto office, on Carroll Street in the city's east end, works by appointment, and the practice holds satellite meetings in Markham, Mississauga, and Pickering for clients elsewhere in the region.

Annie Zhuang holds a social science degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Ottawa, and is an Accredited Mediator. Alongside the private practice, Annie Zhuang serves as a mediator with mediate393, a government funded family mediation and information program that operates out of Toronto's Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice locations. That combination gives the firm a dispute resolution focused approach alongside litigation.
