DJW Lawyers is a business law firm based in Toronto, founded by David J. Wilson after 25 years of legal practice on Bay Street. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen's University and is licensed to practice law in Ontario and in New York State. The firm advises on mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and finance, commercial real estate, construction and construction liens, employment law, business litigation, and estate planning, areas that often overlap when a single corporate transaction touches financing, real estate, and staffing at once.

Clients range from multinational corporations to smaller, family owned businesses in construction, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, transportation, retirement communities, and renewable energy, and many have grown with the firm over a number of years. In one recent file, DJW Lawyers acted for the Hygate family as counsel on the Hygate on Lexington retirement residence from its 2018 acquisition through financing and construction to its 2025 sale to Sienna Senior Living Inc. for $93.3 million. The firm's main office is in Toronto's Liberty Village, with a second Toronto office downtown at First Canadian Place.
