David Genis Law Professional Corporation is a solo criminal defence practice run by David Genis from an office on Yonge Street in Toronto. Genis is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and has practiced criminal law, defending clients against impaired driving and other driving offences, assault, sexual offences, drug charges, theft, fraud, weapons offences and criminal harassment. Genis is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and also practices immigration law, appearing before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court of Canada. The practice has a particular focus on impaired driving cases, drawing on experience with police procedures, breathalyzer technology and blood testing protocols in DUI defence.
