David Genis is a criminal lawyer who regularly appears at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario, and also appears in the Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court of Canada. He received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and completed his articles with a Toronto criminal defence firm.
