Daniels Lloyd LLP is a small Toronto firm that practices labour and employment law exclusively for management side clients across virtually all sectors. It handles wrongful dismissal, human rights, workers' compensation and general employer employee relations matters. The firm was founded on the idea that clients need strategic, practical advice from experienced lawyers at a reasonable cost, without the overhead that comes with a larger firm.

Co-founder Dave Daniels has practiced labour relations law on behalf of management clients for more than 35 years, earning an LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 and being called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. Before co-founding the firm, Daniels was a partner at both a large national law firm and a labour relations specialty firm. Co-founder Chris Lloyd has practiced employment law for more than 25 years, including at two Bay Street firms and as a senior employee relations professional with a major Canadian retailer, and has appeared as lead counsel in litigation before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. Lloyd earned an LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1993 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995.
